Strategic Ediscovery, LLC was established in 2013 by R. Elton Johnson, III, CEDS, to help organizations and law offices to decisively meet ediscovery, investigation, and compliance challenges as economically as possible. Elton’s many years of experience configuring and administering solid, cost-effective solutions within law offices is reflected in a professional perspective favoring nuanced, proactive deployment of technology embedded in issue-driven legal team practice.

Elton’s abiding broader commitment to justice and community has been reflected in extended service roles such as commissioner on the Hawai'i Access to Justice Commission, coordinator of Judge’s Aides at Family Court, and board chair with Common Cause Hawai'i. Elton also served for 10 years as Hawai'i’s member liaison for the International Legal Technology Association.
